These terms govern your use of the Alpha Hygiene Centre website and online training courses. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Course access

Access to a course begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. Access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Digital content access and cancellation

Our courses are digital content delivered immediately after payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details of your 14-day cancellation right and when it ends.

5. Assessment rules

Each course includes a final assessment with a course-specific pass mark. You may retake the assessment, subject to the retake limit set out on the relevant course page. Certificates are only issued once the pass mark has been reached.

6. Certificate issue

On passing the final assessment, you will be issued a PDF certificate showing a unique certificate reference number and a QR code for verification. This course provides a CPD certificate of completion issued by Alpha Hygiene Centre — see our FAQ for what this certificate is and is not.

7. Misuse and fraudulent certificates

Certificates are issued only to the learner who completed the assessment. Alpha Hygiene Centre may revoke or refuse to reissue a certificate where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, impersonation, or misuse of the assessment process.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, text, and certificate designs remain the property of Alpha Hygiene Centre. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute course material.

10. Limitation of liability

Alpha Hygiene Centre provides training on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or courses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
