Alpha Hygiene Centre is committed to making our website and online course platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

What we've done

• The site is built with responsive layouts that work on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• A light/dark theme toggle is available to help with visual comfort and contrast preference.
• Course content is structured with headings and readable text, and quiz/assessment questions use plain, clear language.
• Forms (login, registration, checkout) include labelled fields and inline validation messages.

Known limitations

We have not yet carried out a formal WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) audit of the platform. Some interactive elements (such as the certificate canvas preview and slide navigation) have not been specifically tested with screen readers. We are aware this is an area for improvement and plan to review it as part of ongoing site development.
