Who we are, and who prepares our training

Alpha Hygiene Centre (Alpha Hygiene Centre Limited, company number 12719336) is a UK-based food hygiene training provider. We deliver online CPD-accredited courses for food handlers, supervisors and food business owners, alongside hands-on hygiene consultancy for catering businesses.

Our approach

Our courses are built around real UK kitchens, real inspections and day-to-day food safety decisions — not generic theory. Each course combines short lessons with knowledge-check quizzes and a final assessment, so learners finish with practical, applicable knowledge, not just a certificate.

Who prepares and checks our courses

Our course content is prepared and reviewed by Omur Cinar, Director of Alpha Hygiene Centre and the Authorised Signatory named on every certificate we issue. Course material is written and periodically reviewed to reflect current UK food hygiene and allergen regulations (including the Food Safety Act 1990, the Food Hygiene Regulations, and Natasha's Law on allergen labelling).

Our accreditation

Alpha Hygiene Centre is an Approved Provider (CPD Group Provider #778286) and our training delivery is recognised under Accredited Trainer #404958. Each course carries its own CPD Activity number and credit value shown on the certificate. Who we train

We train individual food handlers, kitchen staff, supervisors and business owners directly, and we support catering businesses that need to train multiple staff at once through our team training option. We also offer hands-on hygiene consultancy services for businesses that need more than online training.
