Assessment & certification
At the end of the course, learners complete a 15-question multiple-choice assessment. A pass mark of 70% is required to pass and download the certificate.
After passing, learners can download a PDF certificate with a unique certificate reference number and a QR verification code. Alpha Hygiene Centre recommends refresher training every 3 years to help learners keep their knowledge up to date. An employer or workplace policy may require training sooner.
Retake policy
If you do not pass the assessment, you may review the course material and retake the assessment. Retakes are limited to 5 attempts per course to prevent misuse, and every attempt is recorded.
Is this an Ofqual-regulated qualification?
This course provides a CPD certificate of completion issued by Alpha Hygiene Centre. It is designed to support professional development and food hygiene training records. It is not presented as an Ofqual-regulated RQF qualification unless specifically stated. See our FAQ for more questions.
