What our accreditation numbers mean

Our courses are accredited by The CPD Group. You'll see a few different accreditation numbers across our site and certificates — here's what each one means.

The CPD Group — Approved Provider The CPD Group — Accredited Trainer

Provider accreditation — #778286

This confirms Alpha Hygiene Centre as an Approved Provider with The CPD Group. It means our organisation, and the way we design and deliver training, has been reviewed and approved to issue CPD certificates.

Trainer accreditation — #404958

This confirms our course author as an Accredited Trainer with The CPD Group — recognising the individual responsible for preparing and reviewing our course content and assessments.

Activity accreditation — per course

Each individual course also carries its own Accredited Activity number and CPD credit value, shown on the certificate you receive after passing:

Is this an Ofqual-regulated qualification?

No. A CPD certificate of completion is different from an Ofqual-regulated RQF qualification. Our courses support professional development and food hygiene training records, and are widely accepted by employers as evidence of training — but they are not presented as regulated qualifications unless specifically stated.
