This policy explains how Alpha Hygiene Centre uses cookies, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in.
2. The cookies we use
Alpha Hygiene Centre uses one essential session cookie, plus — only with your consent — Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used:

You will only see the Google Analytics cookies if you accept them on the cookie banner shown on your first visit (or via "Cookie Settings" in the footer at any time). If you reject or ignore the banner, only the strictly necessary session cookie is used.
3. Payment provider cookies
If you are redirected to a third-party payment provider to complete a purchase, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Please refer to the payment provider's own privacy and cookie information. Alpha Hygiene Centre does not control third-party payment provider cookies.
4. Your cookie choice
Under UK PECR rules, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for — such as staying signed in — do not require consent, and we use those regardless. Non-essential cookies (analytics) are only set if you actively accept them on the cookie banner; rejecting or closing the banner without accepting means those cookies are never set. You can change your decision at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
5. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you block our session cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in, and features like your dashboard, course progress, and checkout will not work correctly.

If we ever introduce additional cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
